V7 Recruitment are looking for an experienced MEP Cost Manager to support the delivery of major data centre projects across the Nordics, with a focus on Norway and Finland. This role will involve working on large-scale, complex developments, supporting clients from early-stage design through to project completion. Using your expertise in MEP cost management, you will be responsible for developing cost plans, carrying out feasibility studies, supporting procurement and tender evaluations, and managing commercial aspects throughout the project lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is an opportunity to work within a fast-growing sector, contributing to high-value, technically complex data centre projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders. You will be working alternating weeks, one on-site in the Nordics and the other working from home! The ideal candidate will have substantial experience delivering multi-storey residential developments and a strong working knowledge of the Building Safety Act (BSA) , particularly its gateway process, duty holder roles, and safety case requirements. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping a major London regeneration project, working closely with internal technical teams, external consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure fully compliant and high-quality design delivery. Key Responsibilities: Design Coordination & Management Lead the coordination, review, and approval of architectural, structural and MEP design packages for an HRB residential project. Manage design delivery across all RIBA stages, ensuring information is fully aligned with programme and sequencing requirements. Chair design team meetings, manage design actions, and maintain clear communication between consultants, subcontractors, and companies project teams. Coordinate design information to support quality benchmarks, buildability, logistics, and sequencing of high-rise construction.
