Position: Small Works Estimator Location: Peterborough Salary: 40,000 to 45,000 plus uncapped bonuses Heating Estimator / Small Works Estimator required for my client, a specialist MEP & Building Services contractor based in the Peterborough area. They are currently seeking a Heating Estimator / Small Works Estimator to work from their office, with occasional site visits. The Mechanical Estimator will be involved in commercial small works projects and repair works, covering a large single static site, that the client manages. The Plumbing and Heating Estimator will be predominately office based, but may be required on occasion to attend site to carry out surveys etc. The small works estimator will be preparing detailed cost pricing and estimates for small projects including Pipework, boilers, plant room systems and more.
