This is a flagship £100m scheme in East Anglia, providing over 1000 units across 5 blocks. They are looking to appoint a Building Services Managerto be based on site. The position will report directly to the Project Director and company wide Head of Building Services. The primary remit of the role is managing the MEP packages on the project which total in excess of £25m. You will have responsibility for managing the full install from start on site through handover. You will be part of a collaborative team, liaising with construction and design colleagues. Candidates will need to have relevant experience as a Building Services Manager or Senior M&E Manager with a main contractor or major subcontractor on sizeable projects of a similar scope and scale.
