You will ensure that projects are delivered to meet Integral & Rolls-Royce s standards in regards to safety, quality and programme, whilst complying as a Principle Contractor with current CDM legislation. You will be qualified in a related trade e.g. mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, building fabric, roofing etc. What you will be doing Provide Health and safety leadership to your site delivery team, promote behavioural safety improvements and carry out regular site manager safety audits reporting findings to the management / safety team. Support the project risk management process and ensure effective controls are established to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the project. Delivering projects to programme as set by the senior management team. Support project opportunities where identified, to realise, maintain and improve the commercial project performance. Promote, develop and maintain effective client/stakeholder relationships to protect and enhance the company's reputation at site level. What we will need from you Proven and demonstrable experience in the role of a supervisor/ site manager (essential). Experience of external construction work bias including groundworks, steel frame buildings, cladding & drainage installation experience.
