An established M&E Building Services Contractor are looking for a commercially aware and confident client facing individual to undertake the role of Senior Estimator/Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor function is the main bias but we are looking for someone to oversee and implement instructions from the client and work closely with the project director. The Company is a Mechanical & Electrical Building Services industry with an excellent reputation of providing outstanding quality. The project involves the installation of HVAC, Power and Heating Systems on a New Build Hospital in London.
