This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced detailing professional to lead the delivery of high-quality offsite manufacturing solutions across major construction projects. You'll play a key role in managing a team of detailers, developing standards and processes, and ensuring prefabricated assets are designed efficiently for manufacture and installation. The Role Reporting to the Prefabrication Manager, you will take responsibility for the production of detailed manufacturing drawings and 3D models for a range of offsite prefabricated solutions, including: Pump skids Multi-storey risers Combined distribution modules (CDMs) You will oversee the detailing team, coordinate project workloads, and ensure all designs are delivered to programme, quality standards, and manufacturing requirements.
