The Role The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of Mechanical Building Services projects with typical values ranging from £1m to £5m across Essex and the Home Counties (non London based). They will ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, to specification, and in full compliance with health and safety requirements.
