Education to HNC/HND or degree level in Electrical/Building Services would be an advantage but not a necessity. Predominantly the role is electrical based, but candidate should be able to show understanding of full MEP systems. The successful candidate would need to be able to prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met without compromise on quality, able to work on own initiative, self-motivated and be a good team player who can communicate with colleagues and management at all levels. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of successful tenders on data centres, comms rooms or similar projects involving critical infrastructure. You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience in a building services estimating position. Must have full clean UK driving licence. SC clearance would be beneficial but not a necessity.

The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will have a proven background in commercial office fit-out estimating , ideally with significant experience of D&B office fit-out projects . You will ideally have: Strong experience as an Estimator within commercial fit-out. Proven experience pricing D&B office fit-out projects . Good knowledge of CAT A, CAT A+ and CAT B fit-out. Experience working from early-stage design information through to final tender. Strong understanding of construction, finishes, M&E and specialist fit-out packages.
