Essential Duties and Responsibilities To source and order parts/materials from approved stockists either using email, spreadsheets, and order book. The job holder must be aware of the Company's approved stockists and will be expected to achieve the best prices possible. To ensure correct parts have been delivered and checked off on delivery note. When parts are delivered to identify and allocate to the correct department/site. To accurately process orders on in-house system and regularly update internal documents To liaise with suppliers on a regular basis ensuring service delivery is at an acceptable level and highlight if this is not the case.
