Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Modular Site Manager to oversee the safe, efficient and successful delivery of modular construction projects from site mobilisation through to completion and handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, subcontractors, suppliers and installation teams, while ensuring that works are delivered to programme, budget, quality and health and safety requirements. Due to the nature of the projects, the successful applicant must be able to obtain and maintain BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) clearance. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations for modular construction and installation projects.
