Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, tiling, etc.) Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits Requirements: NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in any relevant trade Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs Strong communication and customer service skills Full UK Driving Licence Ability to perform basic secondary trades What s in it for you?
