The Role My client is seeking an experienced CAD Designer to join their technical team in the North East. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed 2D and 3D drawings, models and fabrication information for roofing and cladding systems. This role will involve close collaboration with the design, estimating, and project delivery teams to ensure all designs are accurate, coordinated and compliant with current standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities Produce detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for metal roofing, cladding, rainscreen and fa ade systems. Interpret architectural and structural drawings to create fabrication and installation details. Coordinate with engineers, architects, suppliers and site teams to ensure designs are practical and fully integrated. Prepare fabrication drawings, BOMs and CNC data where required.
