The Role   We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead all pre-contract activities and ensure the successful transition of projects from client instruction through to contract execution. Projects will be predominantly highways projects with some structures (Bridges). This role is an office/site split with 1 day a week WFH.
