Candidate Requirements Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline, with eligibility for RTPI membership preferred. Strong understanding of planning policy, good placemaking principles, and the residential development process. Ability to manage multiple projects, work collaboratively, and meet key deadlines. As the successful Senior Town Planner, you'll be tasked with working closely with the Leeds planning team focusing on a range of project types across the UK.
