Our client, a leading civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a major clean water infrastructure project. The works involve cofferdam construction and backfill, clean water pipework installation, and associated heavy civils works across a long-term clean water programme. Site Engineer Responsibilities: Support the delivery of day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to specification Setting out and surveying for cofferdam, backfill, and clean water pipework works Ensure all works are delivered in line with health & safety, environmental, and quality requirements Produce and maintain accurate site records, as-builts, and QA documentation Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure efficient delivery of works Assist with RAMS, permits, ITPs, and temporary works documentation Monitor progress against the programme and report on site activities to the project team Liaise with the Site Agent, Sub Agent, and design teams to resolve technical and operational issues Site Engineer Requirements: Proven experience working on clean water, utilities, or heavy civils projects Experience with cofferdams, backfill operations, and pipework installation preferred Strong setting out and surveying background within civil engineering environments CSCS card required Blue EUSR Water Hygiene card required SMSTS or SSSTS beneficial Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Proficient with surveying equipment and site engineering documentation To apply, please click the apply button and submit your CV.
