Allocate and manage project resources ensuring the right staff are allocated to all projects in terms of skill and experience levels. Report against performance objectives in terms of invoicing versus targets and associated profitability. Reporting will include analysis of historical projects and forward forecasting. Manage client relationships and expectations in order to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Manage client feedback and act on improvements suggested. Develop and build personal client networks and reputation through attendance at industry networking events and submission of awards. Comply with all financial management processes in terms of timely project invoicing in order to maintain healthy cashflow.
