As a Grounds Maintenance Operative you will be: Carrying out grass cutting using professional grounds maintenance equipment Completing hedge trimming, shrub maintenance and seasonal planting Undertaking strimming, edging and weed control Removing and disposing of green waste safely Litter picking and maintaining communal outdoor areas Sweeping pathways, carrying out weed treatment and completing minor repairs to paved areas Maintaining high standards across Housing Association estates I'd love to speak to anyone who has: Previous experience within grounds maintenance, gardening or landscaping A full UK driving licence with the ability to drive a manual vehicle The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions A strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail The Grounds Maintenance Operative role is offering the following benefits: Hourly pay at 17.20 per hour 37-hour working week Early finish every Friday Company vehicle provided during working hours Ongoing temporary contract Desirable qualifications include: PA1 & PA6 Spraying Licence Banksman Training Trailer Towing Licence Please note this role is subject to a Basic DBS check. Location & travel You'll be based across Coventry , meeting at the Solihull depot each morning before travelling to sites in a company vehicle.
