We aim to support college lecturers by offering expert product training that encompasses both safety and operational guidelines, preparing students for their careers as qualified tradespeople. Additionally, obtaining a recognized certification in DEWALT power tools will enhance students' employability upon completion of their training programs. Key Tasks
Collaborate with the Senior DEWALT Academy Training Manager to formulate a training programme aimed at engaging young trade professionals and educational institutions.
Support the conducting of thorough research to understand the demographics, prior knowledge, learning preferences, and specific needs of our target audience. Use surveys, interviews and focus groups to gather detailed insights.
Support the development of appropriate training materials aligned with the strategy and research feedback whether through practical face-to-face sessions, digital modules on our MYTOOLS Training platform, or video content. This will be achieved through working with the Senior DEWALT Academy Training Manager.
Establish relationships with technical colleges to become the power tool trainer of choice for our industry,
Supporting and providing guidance to Trade Schools ensuring they are compliant with ever changing regulations, e.g dust, noise, vibration etc…
The delivery of training to key targeted colleges once the curriculum and training material has been developed. This will be across your region.
Measure all training activity to provide full accountability and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Must have previous Facilities Management or Building Management experience Must have experience of both hard FM services and soft FM services You will of ideally worked in a professional services background such as financial service, Big 4, legal, property or banking Knowledge of local safety regulations and building codes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience in budget management. Must hold a clean driving licence.
