Associate Director Job Overview Lead and deliver structural engineering projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Manage design, documentation, and project delivery to ensure compliance, quality, and deadlines are achieved. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and client satisfaction. Provide technical leadership and input on complex design matters. Review and sign off the work of engineers and technicians, ensuring technical accuracy and quality. Build and maintain new and existing client relationships to support business growth. Mentor and support junior engineers through Chartership and technical development. Associate Director Job Requirements Chartered Engineer status (CEng MICE or MIStructE). Senior Structural Engineer 45k- 55k Oxford Are you a Project or Senior level buildings structural design engineer seeking a new challenge? The work includes a wide variety of buildings structures projects, including large complex schemes up up to 200m, to small, local client schemes.
