As a Senior Property Manager, you are not only responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties, but also for leading, mentoring and supporting the wider Property Management team. Foster a high-performing and positive culture within the Property Management team What you'll need: Minimum 3 years' experience in residential property management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role. Strong knowledge of Scottish property law and compliance standards. Proven leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities. Financial acumen - ability to manage and analyse budgets. Proficiency in property management software (SME, Fixflo, InventoryBase) and Google Suite. ARLA / Letwell qualification (or working towards).
