Managing document transmittals and maintaining clear audit trails. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, Design Managers, Commercial teams and external consultants. Supporting the wider project team with document control processes and best practice. Producing regular document control reports and identifying any discrepancies or outstanding information. Ensuring all documentation complies with internal procedures and project-specific requirements. Assisting with the implementation and improvement of document control systems and processes. Providing guidance and support to junior members of the document control team where required. About You We are looking for someone who has strong experience within construction, housebuilding, residential development or a similar built-environment sector. You will ideally have: Previous experience working as a Senior Document Controller or experienced Document Controller. Strong knowledge of document control procedures and information management. Experience working within a construction or property development environment. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Experience using an EDMS/CDE such as Viewpoint A good understanding of drawing/document revisions, transmittals and document registers. The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
