Are you an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor who has a background working on Interior fit-out projects? Are you looking to take the next step in your career with further career development? As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial success of all of our commercial projects, working with junior members of staff and getting involved in the pre-tender side of the business. Proven Quantity Surveying / Estimating experience working for a similar fit out business on a commercial basis. Ideally, a RICS or CIOB membership Strong knowledge of sustainable building practices A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions Manage project budgets, contracts, and variations Collaborate with design and PM teams Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors Monitor costs, forecast spend, and ensure profitability IF THIS IS YOU, WHY NOT APPLY NOW!
