Your responsibilities will include: Preparing quotes and estimates covering labour, materials and subcontractor costs Attending occasional site visits to gather information for accurate pricing Maintaining the quotation pipeline and monitoring conversion rates Tracking live job costs against quoted values and identifying potential overspends Collating final labour, material and subcontractor costs Recording and managing variations to protect project margins Processing subcontractor quotations, orders and payment applications Supporting material procurement and negotiating value for money Assisting with deposit invoices, final accounts and credit-control information Contributing to weekly turnover, project P&L and management reports Using commercial and job-management systems such as Procore, PayApps or similar You ll work closely with operational and finance colleagues, giving you a rounded understanding of how a successful property maintenance division is commercially managed.
