Essential Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in general building maintenance or handyman roles. Basic skills in painting, decorating, plumbing, joinery, and electrical repairs. Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple sites. Strong understanding of health and safety practices. Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with staff and residents. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites. Desirable: Experience working within supported housing, social housing, or similar environments. Basic IT literacy (for reporting and record-keeping).
