Position: Finishing Manager / Internals Manager Location: Walthamstow Company Overview: Our Client are an employee focused, respected Residential Contractor/Developer undertaking high profile and good quality new build schemes from 200 units up to 3000 units in size in the Southeast. Project: New Build Residential Block in Walthamstow which are currently at 2nd fix stage. Role: We require a Finishing Manager / Internals Manager from a trade background to manage 35 units at a time from 2nd fix through wet trades, finals and snagging to hand over, reporting to a Site Manager. This is a 12 month contract starting asap. You will be responsible for supervising all finishing trades/packages, ensuring all snags are completed and finishes are of a good standard on residential apartments.
