Your new role Our client is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor with a background in Design & Build (D&B) projects to join their dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial management of residential and commercial schemes ranging from 700k to 6m, ensuring cost control, value engineering, and efficient contract administration from pre-construction through to final account.
