Senior Project Manager (Capital Delivery & Major Projects) Location: Barking Rate: £500 - £550 per day (inside IR35) Contract: Interim/Contract - 3 to 6 months initially with view for extension thereafter We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of high-value capital projects across a local authority housing estate portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex projects that contribute to resident safety and the ongoing improvement of housing assets, including high-rise and sheltered housing buildings. The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple capital projects, from inception and business case development through to implementation, handover and project closure. Requirements Proven experience delivering major capital works programmes within a local authority, housing association, education or similar public sector environment.
