Job Duties
* Carry out high quality cleaning services in residential estate areas, sweep, mop and vacuum stairs, passageways and communal areas.
* Clean and keep tidy refuse bins and bin areas.
* Wipe, dust and polish stair railings, door handles and clean communal windows.
* Carry out deep cleaning where necessary.
Job Requirements
* Preferred candidate will have experience working in a similar job role, Cleaner, Caretaker or Housekeeper.
* Knowledge of the use of cleaning equipment and basic knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety.
* Be self motivated and able to work responsibly unsupervised.
* Have excellent customer service skills and be well presented.
