Handyperson / Multi-Trade Operative Central London Location: Central London Hours: 8am-5pm, 8 hours paid Duration: Temporary / Ongoing Sector: Construction, Refurbishment & Maintenance We are currently looking for experienced Handyperson / Multi-Trade Operatives to work across various construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects in Central London. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who is practical, reliable and confident carrying out a range of general building, repair, maintenance and finishing works. The Role Typical duties may include: General handyman and multi-trade works Minor building works and repairs Basic carpentry and joinery Door, lock, hinge and ironmongery adjustments General fixing, drilling and installation works Hanging and adjusting doors Basic painting and decorating Patching, filling and making-good Silicone and sealant works Repairing walls, ceilings and other surfaces Installing access panels and service openings Snagging and remedial works General maintenance tasks Assembling and fitting fixtures, fittings and furniture Assisting skilled trades where required Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe About You The ideal candidate will have experience as a Handyperson, Multi-Trade Operative, Maintenance Operative or General Builder with a good range of practical skills and own tools. You should be: Experienced in general building, refurbishment or maintenance Confident using hand and power tools Competent with basic carpentry, decorating, fixing and making-good Able to work independently and use your own initiative Reliable, punctual and professional Flexible and comfortable carrying out a variety of tasks Safety-conscious and able to work effectively as part of a site team CSCS card essential.
