Support the TSM with the Asset Management strategy to ensure all Asset Data, CAFM System, PPM program, Lifecycle Plans, RDS and drawings are continually updated and accurately reflect the Assets on site. Supervision of supply chain for Maintenance and Lifecycle works including supplier induction, monitoring performance, Risk Assessment reviews and Permit to work ensuring compliance with client's Policies and procedures. Provide AP, RP & DRP duties for the contract in line with individual technical competency. Support TSM with the management of the on-call rota and participate in the on-call OOH service. Carry out additional works installations, improvements, planned maintenance and emergency repairs as required. This will include ad-hoc overtime working when required.
