The successful candidate will have experience working on industrial projects over £30 million and will combine leadership with practical involvement on site. Key Responsibilities Actively participate in site activities while supervising and coordinating trades and subcontractors. Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification. Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance. Coordinate material deliveries, logistics, and resource allocation. Assist with programme tracking, progress reporting, and issue escalation. Maintain accurate site records: labour hours, deliveries, inspections, and incidents.
