The Role As the Building Surveyor you will work closely with the team and clients to deliver commercial building surveying services. The role will include: Delivering condition, building and measured surveying work and preparing client reports Supporting project surveying instructions including refurbishment and repair projects Preparing and negotiating dilapidations assessments Supporting contract administration and project delivery Preparing tender documents and client agreements Conducting site inspections and monitoring project progress Supporting professional surveying advice across instructions Working directly with clients to understand surveying requirements The Building Surveyor? You will be a motivated individual with a practical approach to building surveying and property surveying work. Applications without a genuine interest in building surveying will not be considered.
