I have been asked to source a talented and motivated Lead MEP Manager for a great opportunity within a major contractor based in Manchester.
The opportunity is a rare chance to join one of the most well regarded Main Contractors operating in their space and would see the successful applicant engaged in challenging works both in the UK and overseas, delivering complex and challenging projects valued up to and including £250M (Overall build and fit out).
Reporting directly to a Divisional Services Manager, you will have control of your own project(s) and team of Services Managers on the ground.
Please note: this is a permanent position, freelance CV's will not be entertained.
Key Skills/ Requirements:
Experience as Senior or Lead MEP Manager on major fit out and/or technical builds (Hospitals, Data Centres, Pharma Facilities etc)
A services degree or trade qualification is preferred
Experience co-ordinating large teams of people, including direct reports, multiple sub contractor's, client side representatives etc
Ability to take a high arching overview of the job as a whole, co-ordinate with team of TSM's to ensure the site is run efficiently and in adherence to the programme.
An ability to implement and uphold health and safety strategies and awareness
SMSTS & CSCS cards required
