Freelance Site Manager Night Shifts (ASDA Customer Service Desk) We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a Customer Service Desk fit-out project for ASDA . This role is night-shift based, working Sunday/ Monday to Thursday nights (4/5 shifts per week) , with the requirement to travel nationwide depending on project location. Key Details: Role: Freelance Site Manager Location: Nationwide (ASDA stores) Working Hours: Monday Thursday nights Rate: £300-£320 per shift (CIS) Project: Customer Service Desk fit-out Requirements: Valid CSCS card First Aid at Work qualification SMSTS certification Ability and willingness to travel nationwide for projects Previous experience managing fit-out / retail refurbishment projects Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to ensure site safety, compliance, and smooth delivery Responsibilities: Manage and oversee night works on-site Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed to programme and quality standards Enforce health & safety procedures in line with company and site policies Report progress and any issues to the Project Manager Ensure minimal disruption to store operations

Site Manager Southgate, London Freelance starting 13 February 2017 (on site 20 February) for 23 weeks £(Apply online only) per day (dependant on experience) The Company: They are recognised main contractor that is based out of the midlands and works nationwide working on new build and Refurbishment's to Car Showroom, commercial and industrial projects with project values from £750k to £5m, they currently have the need for a Site Manager. Project: Site Manager is to oversee a conversion / cut and carve of an existing industrial unit into a car dealership, works will include new steel works, new front façade, glazing and full internal fit out to offices and reception areas front and back of house and ground works, external car park, value £1.8million. The Role: As the Site Manager, you will be dealing with the client's design issues and all sub contract elements of the contract, from inception through to completion, you will be managing a number of subcontractors who will be looking after various packages and phases of the project, whilst reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager. Essential Skills: * Must have relevant CSCS, SMSTS certificate and First Aid. * Site Managers would ideally have experience of Car Showroom, Retail or Commercial new build, but not essential as good general construction background would be looked upon. Site Managers with Housing or Fit Out experience cannot be put forward due to the client's requirements - Site Managers must have New Build Experience within the relevant sectors as stated as above.
