Facilities Manager - Shopping Centre Location: West London Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum Role type: Permanent, full-time We are seeking a technically competent Facilities Manager to oversee the safe, compliant and efficient operation of all building systems and services at a small shopping centre in West London. This is a key role for an experienced facilities professional with a sound building services engineering knowledge and the confidence to manage both day-to-day operational delivery and structured capital, lifecycle and contractor-led programmes. The Facilities Manager will work closely with the Centre Manager on operational, occupier and stakeholder matters, while also engaging with the Property Manager on budgets, major approvals, programme reporting and longer-term asset planning. Key Responsibilities Provide technically competent facilities management across all building services, plant, systems and common areas. Ensure the centre remains safe, statutory compliant and operationally resilient at all times. Manage sub-contractors for cleaning, waste and security services, ensuring service level agreements are met. Manage planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and lifecycle works across M&E, fabric and specialist systems. Oversee contractors, consultants and service partners, ensuring strong performance, value for money and compliance with agreed service levels.
