Site Manager (Contract) Braehead, Glasgow £30 per hour Weekly Pay We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for a large-scale commercial refurbishment project based near Braehead, Glasgow . This is a unique and fast-paced project involving a full commercial rip out and refurbishment, including full fit out internally, roof works, and the coordination of multiple specialist subcontractors. The Role You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and within budget ahead of handover. As the structure has been built, we require a strong fit out Site Manager to have experience on internals and roof works. Key Responsibilities Oversee site operations and H&S Manage subcontractors including HVAC installers, roofing contractors and associated trades for interior fit out.
