Qualifications & Experience Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager or experienced Finishing Foreman with a residential housebuilder. Valid SMSTS/ SSSTS qualification, Current CSCS Card & First Aid at Work certificate. Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and NHBC standards.
