You will play a critical role in ensuring the continuous operation of the Trusts properties. Key responsibilities Project and People Management Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all fabric minor works projects, including refurbishments, moves, and reactive repairs. Manage and lead a team of in-house engineers and external subcontractors, ensuring high standards of productivity and workmanship. Allocate work orders, manage schedules, and coordinate labour and materials to ensure efficient project delivery within agreed timescales. Client and Stakeholder Relations Act as the main point of contact for clients for all small works inquiries, translating their requirements into clear scopes of work. Strong building fabric maintenance knowledge with a competent working knowledge of other disciplines, such as Mechanical and Electrical (M&E).
