Pre-Construction Manager / Assistant: Assist with the coordination and management of pre-construction activities from tender through to project commencement. Prepare and review cost estimates, material take-offs, and procurement schedules. Support tender submissions, subcontractor enquiries, and supplier quotations. Coordinate design information, technical documentation, and project programmes. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Monitor project budgets, risks, and timelines to support successful project delivery. Maintain accurate project records, reports, and contract documentation. Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety requirements, and quality standards. The Role This position will focus primarily on rainscreen cladding design, while also offering exposure to a variety of other cladding and façade systems.
