House Building Site Managers required by an Essex 5 House Builder. Our client is a top 5 developer, as a region they build circa 450 units per annum across 10 sites. Due to continued land acquisition they are looking to recruit at least 3 new Site Managers for sites in Colchester, Bishops Stortford, Clacton and Chelmsford. You will be a dedicated, persistent, inquisitive, with exacting standards and a wealth of experience as a No1 Site Manager in House Building. Responsibilities: Pre and post housebuilding works, ensuring that targets are met regarding health and safety, delivery to build programme quality, customers care, and cost. Ensuring compliance on site. Co-ordinating labour and resources on site Manage material levels on site to ensure the minimum amount of stock. Ensuring that all plots are built to the highest standard of quality. Undertaking company directed quality control procedures and inspections. Monitoring and controlling the cost of production, and approving payment to contractors and trades where appropriate.
