Preparing, levelling and reinstating ground areas following repairs. Completing minor brickwork, masonry and making-good works where required. Carrying out general garden and landscaping repairs. Diagnosing external issues and completing works efficiently and effectively. Ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally and to a high standard. Delivering excellent customer service when working around residents' homes and gardens. Managing your own workload and completing jobs within agreed timescales. Experience & Requirements Applicants must have: Proven experience as a Domestic Groundworker, Landscaper or similar within reactive maintenance, property maintenance or social housing. Strong experience carrying out domestic external works including paving, slabs, patios, concrete repairs and fencing. Experience preparing, levelling and reinstating ground areas. Experience working within occupied residential properties. Basic experience with drainage and minor brickwork/masonry repairs. Strong communication and customer service skills.
