About the Client Our Client is a leading specialist contractor operating across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and international markets, delivering scaffolding, access, hoist, mast climber, and related specialist access solutions. They are committed to driving operational excellence through robust commercial processes, innovative systems, and continuous improvement across the group. Roles & Responsibilities Maintain a range of commercial trackers, including contracts, final accounts, WIP, tenders, acquisitions, and executive reporting. Support the Commercial Director and Commercial Manager with the preparation of weekly and monthly commercial reports. Coordinate information from Quantity Surveyors, Operations, Finance, and regional teams, ensuring reporting is accurate and complete. Help improve data quality across Eque2, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, CRM, and other commercial systems. Support the rollout and adoption of commercial systems, dashboards, CRM processes, and reporting tools. Assist with user setup, training materials, templates, process documentation, and system housekeeping. Track actions, risks, issues, and decisions relating to system implementations and change projects. Support acquisition activities by maintaining integration trackers, customer and supplier information, reporting templates, and documentation. Assist with commercial due diligence by collating contracts, project information, commercial data, and risk logs. Maintain Teams and SharePoint filing structures to ensure accurate document control and audit readiness. Monitor contract review status, approval processes, and commercial governance documentation. Support Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers with reporting, dashboards, document preparation, meeting packs, minutes, and action tracking. Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and reduce manual workloads within the Commercial team. Assist with training, communication, and adoption of new commercial systems and processes across multiple business regions. Qualifications Previous administration, coordination, or commercial support experience within construction, scaffolding, access, specialist contracting, infrastructure, property, or another project-based environment. Excellent Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining trackers, reports, and commercial data. Experience supporting systems implementation, process improvement, CRM, ERP, or reporting projects is advantageous. Experience with Eque2 Construct, Power BI, or CRM platforms is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided. Strong written communication and document formatting skills. Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Operations, and IT.
