The Role - Facade Estimator Reporting into a proactive, friendly Estimating Director, you will be responsible for: Prepare tenders for various types of contractors including tier 1 s. Undertaking accurate take offs and preparing detailed scope mark-ups (bluebeam) Calculating rates including labour, material costs, overheads and profit Client bills of quantities and pricing schedules Assisting the estimating director with reviewing enquiry documents thoroughly Attending meetings and negotiating with clients Demonstrate their wide range of experience and knowledge in CWCT tested rainscreen cladding solutions, structural framing systems and cavity barrier system Excel, Word, Outlook and Bluebeam.
