The role will involve producing accurate and competitive tenders for rainscreen cladding, fa ade refurbishment, overcladding and remediation projects across commercial and public-sector markets. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates, tenders, take-offs and Bills of Quantities. Review drawings, specifications, surveys and project requirements. Price rainscreen, ventilated cladding, overcladding, curtain walling and composite panel systems. Liaise with clients, architects, suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors. Attend site surveys and identify refurbishment, buildability and fire-safety requirements. Assess tender risks and identify value-engineering opportunities.
