Quantity Surveyor - Facades Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Facades Job reference Number: -26272 Industry Sector: Quantity Surveyor, Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Building Envelope, Facades, Cladding, Metal Roofing, Wall Cladding, Flat Roofing, Asbestos Roofing, Gutter Refurbishment, Roofing Refurbishment, Industrial Roofing, Industrial Cladding, SFS, Rain Screen, Design, CAD, Pricing, CVR, P&L, Subcontractors, Take-offs, Reclad Location: Remote Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 + bonus Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package The role of the Quantity Surveyor - Facades will involve: Quantity Surveyor position dealing with various cladding systems such as:, wall cladding, rain screen cladding and SFS Manage the commercial and financial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled and budgets are maintained Prepare cost estimates, valuations, financial reports, variations, and final accounts.
