Job Role – Drylining Estimator
Location – Hertfordshire
Salary - £35,000 - £45,000
About the Company
My Client are a well established that specialise in Drylining, Screeding, Partitioning, Ceilings, Fire Protection and Finishing. They started out in the industry as a smaller business over 10 years ago and are now over a £25M turnover company with over 30 employees in the business.
As a business they mainly focus on the Residential side of the industry but also have Commercial projects as well. They generally work on projects with values of up to £10M.
About the Candidate
My Client are looking for a young Estimator with 3 – 5 years’ experience in the industry to come in and really grow with the business, as they continue to expand! As a business they are based in the Hertfordshire area but are happy to take candidates from various locations as long as they are happy to travel around.
About the Job Role
* Location – Hertfordshire; they are looking for someone who is happy to travel to their offices and if travel is not a problem for you then location is not problem for them.
* Salary - £35,000 - £45,000
* Experience: 3 – 5 years’ experience in the Industry
* Projects: Mainly Residential projects in and around London
* Project Values: They work on anything from 300k - £10M

Site Manager
One of Ireland's most respected top tier Main Contractor's with some of the most prestigious projects in the country including an €80m apartment project, large data centres and pharma plants as well as office developments.
They currently have a need for a strong Site Manager with a fit out / finishing background to work on a €multi-million residential apartment project consisting of almost 400 units in North Dublin.
Site Manager Skills:
The Site Manager role would suit an experienced, delivery orientated individual, with a qualification in a construction related field, 5+ years’ post qualification experience with a Main Contractor and a background in high rise apartments or offices, specifically fit out.
As Site Manager:
Responsibilities will include: Managing Subcontractors, construction team and suppliers, excellent knowledge of trades and background, ensure compliance with building regulations, reporting to Contract Manager / Head of Construction, managing Health and Safety on site.
The Package:
An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €65,000 - €70,000 (Negotiable depending on experience) + vehicle + bonus + pension.

They currently have a need for an experienced Finishing Foreman working on one of the most prestigious projects in Dublin, close to the Docks.
As Finishing Foreman:
• Monitoring safety and quality of trades and subcontractors
• Working closely with the Engineering Team and reviewing all drawings and details on an ongoing basis
• Manage plant and material requirements in good time to suit the programme
• Responsible for carrying out spot dimensional checking of works, bringing any discrepancies to the Site Manager
• Capable of stopping works that are not being carried out safely or to the correct standard
• Inspects sub-contractors works and signs it off when it is to an acceptable standard
• Assists with the preparation of progress report
• Advises the Assistant Site Manager / Senior Foremen / Foremen
• Mentors junior staff through leading by example
Finishing Foreman Skills:
The Finishing Foreman role would suit an experienced, self-reliant individual from a trade or qualified background with 7+ years experience working on large commercial / mixed development projects.
