Due to an increase in workload, they are now looking to strengthen their pre construction team. The Role You will support the estimating function across a range of tenders, gaining full exposure to the process from initial enquiry through to handover. Typical duties include: Reviewing incoming tender enquiries Assessing project timelines and feasibility Analysing drawings and documentation Assisting with subcontractor enquiries and pricing Supporting the pricing and value engineering process Working closely with MD and wider commercial team About You This role would suit someone with a solid understanding of construction who is looking to build a long term career in Estimating.
