Finishing Foreman Willmott Dixon are recruiting for a Finishing Foreman to initially work on a project in Bridgend, and across the South Wales region thereafter. Our aim is for you to be a part of our team to deliver projects close to home across multiple sectors mainly in leisure, education, blue light, residential and healthcare. As a Finishing Foreman at Willmott Dixon, you will be part of our one team ethos that delivers quality projects on time whilst also having a positive impact on the local community. Key Responsibilities As a Finishing Foreman at Willmott Dixon the key responsibilities will include: Reporting to the Construction Manager, the successful candidate will manage the delivery of projects safely, on time and to the highest quality. Organise, review and manage quality assurance and Health & Safety of supply chain partners on a daily basis. Adopt the principles of the Considerate Constructor's Scheme and manage community relations. Ensure appropriate site image is maintained to encourage repeat business.
