Site Project Manager The Site Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of Vattenfall infrastructure projects on site, combining on site leadership with end to end project coordination. You will be responsible for the Building, Fabric and Civil Maintenance on a large PFI healthcare site in Birmingham. You will manage a team of Assistant Engineering Managers, Supervisors and Engineers to manage all reactive and planned maintenance which will include all internal and external building fabric work; flat roofs, ceiling tiles, windows, doors, plastering, painting, fire doors etc. You'll become trained up as an Authorised Person and/or responsible person for confined spaces, working from heights and take on additional duties as required.
