Have good up to date knowledge of Housing Ombudsman guidelines, legislation, HHSRS, and complaint handling, with a particular focus on damp and mould and disrepair.Using housing and repairs management systems to coordinate and track repair activities, complaints, and surveys. Establish regular reporting mechanisms to monitor compliance and performance, providing feedback to stakeholders.
